Kelley Ferger – Artist
American watercolor artist, Kelley Ferger, has been painting since she was 14 years old. She has experience in Oil and Acrylic. However, In the last few years, she has focused on watercolor. Kelley also has a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
